+rep @Justin @MathiasYeboi Valorant (1 Day, buying lifetime soon fr) in the first few minutes of opening the ticket i was greeted by Justin one of the staff and he got straight to the point no bs, afterwards I needed a little help with paying and he explained it all to me and even provided video footage of how I can pay via crypto, after a little of going back and forth the i sent the payment and recieved my product, when opening the website you recieve a full on guide on how to fix basically every bug/problem that may cause the "Product" not to work. Really props to all the devs and the people who made this product as it took me 2 mins to setup

Hello there, thank you for explaining how you felt about the service! I would like to reply to this feedback & add some context. Since we are a legit service and we do <not delete feedbacks, even though they might be totally unfalse. For starters, you have currently an open active support ticket on our server; you are currently <waiting for staff to reply. Instead of waiting for a reply, you decided to write an unfalse review, and let me tell you why that is. First of all, you say the product software is (goofy/bad) when you haven't even used it as you didn't manage to inject it properly. When Im looking at your ticket Im seeing that you have tried to inject it ingame but it dosent work for you. Now this is commonly a PC-related issue; me and my staff team can provide you further support, but you didn't let us as shown; instead, you wrote a review on an uncompleted support ticket. But if you let us give you support, we can fix this matter together. As mentioned over 5 - 7 times, I will be returning home from my vacation tomorrow and will be helping all customers for which the product does not work. Also, customers who used their key without it working will be compensated immediately once I get home. Sincerly, Acer Team.
